I love helping clients with taking a look at what’s working in their personal, professional, and mental lives and what’s not. Sharing tools of mindfulness and meditation, mind-body connection practices, and habit-forming, I will work with you to target what’s most important to you and to free you up to begin to give more energy to what’s bubbling up within you.
